The six independently-controlled 5.8kW hob burners are powerful yet responsive, giving you the flexibility to gently simmer or flash fry as required. The large double oven has a generous capacity and can accommodate up to five double-size (2/1) gastro pans – perfect for cooking in bulk. When service is over, the stainless steel design and removable pan supports ensure a quick clean-up and hassle-free maintenance.
