The Valentine EVO2200P is a Swiss-made, twin tank electric fryer that comes with an oil filtration system as standard.
With its tank capacity of 14-16 litres and its potential output of 46kg per hour, the EVO 2200P is perfect for use in a variety of commercial kitchens and catering establishments.
Like all of Valentine’s EVO range, the 2200P features a pressed stainless steel tank. By crafting their tanks from a single piece of steel, Valentine is capable of producing an aesthetically pleasing unit that is much more hygienic and easier to clean than other makes and models.
