The Lincat twin basket double tank, table top electric fryer which can cook 18 kilos of frozen chips or 26 kilos of chips from chilled per hour.
From the Lincat light-medium duty prime cooking equipment range, this unit has been constructed to ensure safe working practice
with front mounted controls and thermostatic control with fail-safe top temperature cut out maintaining accurate oil temperature.
This product is part of Lincat’s exceptional Silverlink 600 range in which all units are 600mm deep in order to make optimum use
of available kitchen space.
