The Synergy Grill SG900 is constructed from high quality stainless steel and robust enough to cope with the daily rigors of the busy commercial kitchen. There is no need for a fat collection drawer/tray as the fat is completely atomised and doesn’t collect, meaning you are producing higher quality food and a better tasting “cleaner” product than most conventional grills. The atomisation of the fat also improves the cleaning time meaning you can save on manpower and time at the end of a busy night.
