Glass door and cavity lighting allow for Constant monitoring of the process. Along with a drip try on the door.
Programmable electronic control with a 4.3″ touch-screen display.
Reinforced all-around bumpers made of PVC, to ensure high resistance to knocks, guarenteeing the integrity of the equipment life.
Snap shut closure and door seals for perfect hydrothermal insulation.
Drainage system allows juices to be collected into a drip tray at the bottom. This allows for discharge at the end of the cooking process without opening the door.
