The eikon e4s is a rapid cook oven that utilizes Merrychef’s Advanced Cooking Technology with convection, air impingement and microwave technology that can quickly and evenly heat and cook up to 15 times faster than conventional methods. The unit runs quietly with a 46 dBA maximum noise level when the rapid cook oven is in idle mode. This rapid cook oven also features ventless cooking capability.

The rapid cook oven is operated with an EasyToUCH iconic symbol touch screen control panel that features a color touch screen and offers up to 6 stages with programmable cooking times, microwave power settings and user instructions for each stage. Menu updates or data transfers can be done via a USB memory stick on this rapid cook oven. These ovens also have built-in diagnostic testing systems to monitor components.

These rapid cook oven units are constructed in all stainless steel with a bottom-hinged door.
