Designed with a chrome-plated griddle surface, this unit is perfect for cooking eggs and pancakes. It retains more heat at the cooking surface than traditional steel griddles, which results in more efficient energy use, lower utility costs, and cooler cooking environments. Plus, since chrome doesn’t react with food, the level of flavor transfer and the amount of food sticking to the surface will be minimal. At the end of the day, cleaning the unit is even easier and faster, freeing up employees for other critical tasks at closing time.

Featuring an electric thermostat control for each 12″ of width, this unit offers a total of 60,000 BTU of heating power. The thermostatic controls feature a matchless ignition and a temperature range of 200-550 degrees Fahrenheit, making this unit a great choice for a variety of cooking tasks. In fact, each temperature control comes with an on/off switch, so you can turn off certain griddle zones to save energy when they aren’t being used.

The body of this griddle is made with a stainless steel front and side panels for easy cleaning and long-lasting durability. The cabinet back can even be removed for increased cleaning efficiency. Four 4″ adjustable legs keep this unit up off the counter so that you can easily clean underneath, or they can be removed if you’d prefer flush mounting.

To make grease management easier, you can count on this model’s 3 1/2″ grease gutter to direct grease into the grease drawer for disposal. When you are ready to clean up for the day, it’s fast and easy to empty this unit’s 3.75 gallon grease drawer. A 115V and liquid propane connection are required for operation.
