The MACH Pass Through Commercial Dishwasher (commonly referred to as a hood dishwasher) is a high capacity machine well suited to busy commercial environments where demand peaks dramatically or is high throughout the day. Highly versatile, it is well suited to washing all types of wares including both crockery and glassware.
MACH Pass Throughs are manufactured entirely from stainless steel, including stainless steel hood, boilers, filters, handles, hinges, threads, wash arms, plugs and jets. This design helps to prevent the most common breakdowns and ensures a durable machine that is well suited to long-term commercial use. .
Full WRAS approval ensures compliance with waterboard legislation for commercial dishwashing. An integral break tank can be fitted for high-risk areas and this makes the machine particularly popular for Hospitals, Care Homes and Nurseries. Construction is in full compliance with CE regulations.
Variable electrics (with 3 phase and 30amp options available) power a high capacity boiler and tank heating elements to guarantee fast heat up and recovery times and provide near-continuous washing at safe temperatures. A powerful wash pump ensures outstanding wash results every time.
Energy efficiency is maintained through the complete insulation of the double skinned boiler, keeping the water warmer between cycles. A fully double skinned structure adds further insulation and reduces noise output.
Rounded corners help to reduce debris and grease build up in the wash tank, keeping water fresher for longer and making cleaning easier. Additional stainless steel filters help to protect debris from entering tanks and pumps. Where maintenance is required, all equipment is front-facing meaning that components can be easily reached via the removable front panel.
The operation is completely automated: incorporated detergent and rinse pumps are fitted as standard and dose chemicals automatically to the machine cabinet on every cycle at the correct level. A Micro switch stops the machine automatically when the hood is opened. Operators can select wash cycle options to ensure maximum performance and efficiency.
The MACH Pass-through is highly configurable and can operate both in-line or at a 90-degree installation. The machine comes without any shelving or tabling accessories as standard. Various tabling and shelving options are sold separately and can be added to the machine to extend washing and drying spaces, making it ideal for every washroom configuration.
