The highly efficient Lincat Opus Selfcooking Center Steamer Gas 10 x 1/1 GN features the very latest in combination “System-Rational” and whitefficiency technology and comes as standard with four different cooking modes: hot air cooking steaming combination cooking and finishing. The Opus CombiMaster also now incorporates ClimaPlus control of humidity levels within the cooking cabinet and now features a programming function.
