The FryMaster RE14-2 electric fryer has a stainless steel construction with an open fry pot area. Twin fry baskets that fit in the basket hangers are included. One cleaning cycle takes less than 5 minutes and can run while other fry pots are in use.
The FryMaster RE14-2 electric fryer has a melt cycle and a boil-out mode, as well as a rear oil flush and drain safety switch. Casters with locks support cleaning under the fryer, and users can accurately read temperature settings with the front-mounted thermostat.
