Fagor’s new ‘Concept’ range of under counter glass washers features class leading build quality combined with low energy and water consumption statistics. Sturdy stainless steel construction ensures a hard-wearing and durable ware washer that can deliver sparkling glassware on every wash cycle.
Sturdy double rotating wash and rinse arms to ensure great wash results on all types of glassware no matter the level of soiling. Thermostatic temperature controls ensure the boiler and tank elements keep water at a safe washing (60c) and rinse temperatures (90c).
Wash arms are also constructed entirely from stainless steel to ensure they are easier to clean and their durable construction ensures this machine stand up to long-term commercial use.
The double skinned door ensures noise is kept to a minimum, making the machine ideal for front of house environments and behind bar installations.
Operation is entirely automated and the operator can select from programmes using the touch button control panel. LED displays also display status and temperature.
An optional water softener should be installed in hard water areas to prevent limescale build up that could be harmful to wash results and machine longevity. We also recommend that glass washers be installed by a qualified engineer.
