This has been fully refurbished to a very high standard with new parts and deep cleaned.

Chinese Cuisine cooking from Ellidge & Fairley has been specially designed for a maximum efficiency of operation and ease of cleaning.

All equipment is made to the very highest standards from the best quality stainless steel, with a tubular stainless steel framework

and designed to assist in maintaining high standards of hygiene.

This unit has been specifically made to order by Ellidge and Fairley Chinese Cuisine manufacture as they normally only produce two,

three or four ring units unless you require a larger size so this is quite a good little find!

A constant flow of cold water across the cooker top keeps the surface cool and clean by carrying away food splashes and preventing

burnt on deposits, and also helps to maintain a comfortable working environment for staff.

Features:

• Pressed out cooker top with lift off rings for easy cleaning.
• Lift out waste filter box and front drain through.
• Gas control valves with flame failure control.
• Each front burner is rated 78,000 BTU/h, and each back burner 28,000 BTU/h.
• 15mm cold water supply.
• 1 ½” BSP drain.
• Water spout on the back and a water tap in the front.
