Carpigiani AES 261 Soft Ice Cream Machine with Spaghetti Ice Cream Function and Self-Pasteurization.

 

 

This AES 261 Spaghetti Soft offers the operator to produce with the left lever a traditional soft ice cream and with the right lever a spaghetti soft ice cream.

The manual addition of strawberry topping and white chocolate shavings you will create a customer retention well above average.

In the upper part of the machine, the conservation container for the mix is located. In the middle section the horizontal cylinder is built-in, from which the dispensing nozzle dispenses the ice cream portions. If the lever is lowered a traditional soft ice cream or a spaghetti ice cream is dispensed respectively, with a taste determined by the selected mix in the tub.

The AES 261 /p/SP completely provides the comfort of automatic pasteurization. At the push of a button, day by day, the certainty of a safe and healthy product is created. Through the pasteurizing of the mix and of all parts that come in contact with it during production, the product is kept in perfect hygiene. To facilitate operation, the user can directly add pulverized mix to the conservation tub of the AES 261/p/SP. The amount of added water can be controlled by pressing the corresponding button on the electronic display.
