 Energy efficient high-speed infrared burners for fast results.

The E91 electric model features powerful 3kW twin coil elements for optimum cooking performance.

The new E90 with self balancing adjustable height features twin 1.8kW elements.  electric options will accept a Gastronorm GN 1/1 tray. An optional branding plate is ideal for cooking fish or steak.

To qualify for the warranty , this item MUST be installed by a fully qualified Electrical Catering engineer who will install it according to manufacturers guidelines. Failure to do so will null and void and warranty with ICEC. We cannot be held responsible for any malfunction caused by incorrect installation.
