This has been fully refurbished to a very high standard with new parts and deep cleaned.

All equipment is made to the very highest standards from the best quality stainless steel, with a tubular stainless steel framework
and designed to assist in maintaining high standards of hygiene.
A constant flow of cold water across the cooker top keeps the surface cool and clean by carrying away food splashes and preventing
burnt on deposits, and also helps to maintain a comfortable working environment for staff.

- Pressed out cooker top with lift off rings for easy cleaning.
- Lift out waste filter box and front drain through.
- Gas control valves with flame failure control.
- Each front burner is rated 78,000 BTU/h, and each back burner 28,000 BTU/h.
- 15mm cold water supply.
- 1 ½” BSP drain.
- Water spout on the back and a water tap in the front.
